The USFL and XFL have been on the cusp of merging since they first announced plans to join forces back on September 8, 2023. Since then, players and fans have been on tenterhooks waiting for details of the merger.
Apparently, the details are ready to be released on @NFLonFOX on SUnday December 31, 2023 at 12:00 PM Eastern and “The Rock” is pumped to be seeing us in that time slot.
Taking to “X”, Johnson posted “Pumped. Tune in tomorrow 12PM ET FOX NFL SUNDAY See you then, my friends. @NFLonFOX.”
Johnson, the WWE legend and part-owner of the XFL, will be joining the FOX crew to talk about the merged league, and help NFL fans get pumped about Spring football.
