Salaam ran well despite very wet field conditions and a heavy downpour. He managed to carry for 126 yards on 26 carries, including a 21-yard TD run in the second quarter which would prove to be the game-winner.

“Raybo” recorded three sacks and six tackles as the NY/NJ defense ate up a mud filled Soldier Field and beat the Enforcers in a shutout, 13-0. Chicago was held to only 65 total yards offense.
