Earlier today, XFL co-owner Dany Garcia posted an Instagram video of her crossing a NYC street wearing a stylish, bright yellow dress.
XFL message board denizen Greg Parks was quick to point out, “Network upfronts are this week (where TV networks reveal their 2022-2023 schedules) in NYC and that’s where Dany Garcia was in her latest Instagram post plugging the next big XFL announcement.”
Network upfronts are taking place May 16-19 in New York City? Greg Parks probably hit the nail on the head, and Dany is dressed to impress at the network upfronts.
Network upfronts are an annual springtime ritual where networks present programming plans for the upcoming TV season. We wait to see if there is something to be announced for the XFL.
Later in the day, Dwayne Johnson also teased a big announcement was upcoming. More importantly, “The Rock” said the, “XFL will soon humbly take the fields in stadiums across our country,” meaning there will definitely be no hub-city for this league.
Fantastic news coming this week!
