The Countdown is On! XFL Season to kick off on 18 February 2023

Right now, XFL news is so thin we have to rely on Easter eggs released in Instagram posts.

As Dany Garcia has done in the past, today she posted a Instagram teaser that included the following text and photos:

In case you missed on detail, these photos were taken at a meeting previously reported that took place two months ago, on “10/4/21.” This is further accented by the hashtag #TBT, which indicated “Throwback Thursday.”

Important XFL Dates Teased

The post also included a photo of a screen with the following delicious text:

257 Days – Player Combine June 2022

462 Days – Training Camp January 2023

502 Days – Kickoff February 18, 2023

A calculation will tell you that XFL Training Camp is scheduled to begin on Monday 9 January 2023, and Player Combines on Saturday 18 June 2022.

Team Teaser

Also included in the teaser photos were most of the XFL team uniforms featured on mannequins in the background. The only team uniform not shown was the Houston Roughnecks. Hmmmm… is this another teaser, or is the real story a lack of a wide angle lens?

Based on the way we get XFL news these days, this could mean anything.
