>>  With the St. Louis Battlehawks loading up on weapons offensively, the team won’t be having one of their incoming running backs.Max Borghi has informed the Battlehawks that he will not be playing in the 2024 UFL season, according to sources. Borghi has decided to pursue a new career and will not be playing football. <<

That's a bit disappointing, not that there's a lack on talented players avialable, but was looking to see him do his thing again in 2024.

The player movements have only just begun. Over three weeks to training camp, we will see plenty more.

I wonder what Borghi plans to do other than football? Anyone pick up on that piece of info yet?

I wonder if the new pay structure is having some players second guess their football future. We know XFL QBs were paid a premium, is it possible some other guys had incentive based deals or under the table payouts that they'll no longer receive in the UFL. While I do understand the need to be fiscally smart, losing a marketable star like Ta'mu for an extra $50k might do more harm than good in my opinion.

I donn't think Ta'mu classifiies as a atar, and there's no lack of talent in 2024 due to the consolidation.
