I can tell you he is hoping to get signed by another team.

It seems to be a very competitive training camp for place kickers. I am still not sure what De La Haye is doing to keep going on the Brahmas camp, but I am not that quick to assume he hasn't earned the spot he is currently in. I am looking for actual reports on his kicking performance, reaching out, but crickets.

Because Larsen says so? There is still plenty of training camp left, and plenty of good kickers to take away the roster spot.

And we all know Larsen has gotten sloppy a few times this offseason.

well... looks like this may be on target...

>>  On Tuesday, Deestroying spoke with the media on what it means to have earned this role with San Antonio. He opened up the conference touching on his enthusiasm to play with this Brahmas unit, and the experience in training camp so far:
“It’s been amazing. We’ve got a great group of guys. I’m grateful to be back in this environment. I love my teammates, my coaches, it’s great man. I love being here.”
When it comes to Deestroying having made it through the first round of cuts, clearly there were a lot of emotions in play – but for De La Haye, he’s still focused on what lies ahead: the UFL season. <<
