Phillips in, Ward out as HC of Brahmas

Ward is out after he refused a pay cut. Also out is DPP Will Lewis. Phillips replaces, with Roughnecks OC AJ Smith joining. Phillips won't be able to transplant his entire staff, as his DC and STC have already left for other jobs.

This makes me feel better that Ward wasn't simply given the boot in favor of Phillips, which is what I feared when the news first broke.

Now, if the Gamblers could get June Jones, who's back on the market again after losing his CFL job, would you go for it or stick with the (likely cheaper) coach you've got? Because at least Jones got attention here in Houston when he coached the original Roughnecks to that 5-0 record.
