Merger timeline speculation

This time, if they go with that earlier start....do it one week later, or TWO weeks after the Super Bowl. Let fans wind down and actually wake up on a Sunday morning and realize there's no football on and go "oh man" Then really pour it on with the hype.
As for Seattle.....it's just a too crowded sports market now and the SeaDragons barely snuck into public consciousness.

Disagree on the wind down. You have to keep that routine to keep the viewer attention span. Give a week off, and they'll move on to something else.

Could be where Penn plays too. But to keep costs down they need to be out of the city and that means Subaru

Where Penn plays is very busy, because it's not only Penn Football, but also track and field and lacrosse, so there may be some scheduling conflicts.
