It was a bad read, but they shouldn't have been throwing in that situation anyway.

I think Hasletts point is throw it away, but yeah they should have run the ball

DiNucci still loves to do dumb things, and that errant pass handed the ball back to the Brahmas at the worst time. No wonder Haslett had those words in the moment.

DiNucci has come a ways. But he needs to improve even more.

I understand, bad reads, and I understand receivers, jumping routes. What I do not understand is in that situation with some short, dump off passes or running the ball why on earth he decided to throw into the coverage! there was no need for a last desperate Killshot, all you had to do was run time off the clock, indefensible IMO.
