Looks like they just grabbed Patrick Laird.

Fun fact: Emmons and Bo Scarbrough were teammates at Bama in 2016. If only he had his humility, maybe his NFL stops would last more than a few days or a couple weeks.
When he can't get snaps for a team that has only a fourth round pick and a post-Achilles Marlon Mack at running back it might be time to go back to the USFL and actually do something--he wasn't even that good, the Bandits couldn't run the ball, take out Ta'amu and they ran for a lousy 2.9 per carry (I said it here the night they didn't just absolutely bury the Kirby experience in week 1 that there were problems).

Not sure about Emmons but that TB oline was not good. Ta'amu was always under assault.MGB01 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 15, 2022 10:40 pmFun fact: Emmons and Bo Scarbrough were teammates at Bama in 2016. If only he had his humility, maybe his NFL stops would last more than a few days or a couple weeks.

Miami Dolphins released DB Tino Ellis (Panthers)
That’s 9 USFL players released that were signed by NFL teams.

He was apparently working out with them at one of the voluntary minicamps.
Also Rams release Luis Perez.

I'm not to up on this Laird guy.
DAMN I was hoping Perez would stay on PS. Tough break. Now the question is he XFL eligible or does USFL have him contractually. Not sure. Either way He'll make more than what he made in 2022.
