The attendance at the game is a yikes.

I'm not surprised at all. You figure it being a holiday, no Stallions at all any time today, having to buy a ticket to all three games to get into any one at the same price as a Stallions ticket... (granted those are bargain-basement prices to begin with so it's basically papering anyway)... attendance was always going to be poo.

Apparently 40,000 tickets were sold and 17,500 showed up last night (though by the looks of the crowds that number might be a lowball).

There were way more than 17500 last night.

Missed the 2 early games today - EASTER plans, caught some on siriuXM and last few min of Stars/Breakers. Looks like the 2nd game was a better one. I'll catch tonight's - looking forward to it!

Agree with JAngryFuzzball - getting tix for 3 games was bad sign, add in the bad weather and easter and its a tough call. They may have been better to have the 3rd or 2nd game at Legion with a separate ticket.
Regardless it is what it is and lets have a good game tonight!

I saw it was cancelled - that sucks, same stuff happened in TSL.

Its unscheduled - A bit early for TV and unpromoted.

At least both teams playing are in the EST. And attendance will likely be better than Sunday 3x header.

But i'll be watching!

At this point just have Rock on RAW for the big 5-0 in two weeks (maybe bring Mac over from SD to interview him) and go full scorched earth: "Rock, do you plan to play games in the XFL, and will you have actual kickers?"

Remember the NU/Illinois thread when I said explicitly USFL can't have these little screwups if they're going to go from thing in '22 to thing in '23? Here you go. Only difference I was talking production gaffes as opposed to gaffes in general.

And using TSL as a backup doesn't work here, cause basically you're just confirming the fear of this being TSL2.0

Steinbrenner pissed a lot of his own fans a few years ago with that early postponement--and nothing happened, hope the same doesn't happen here. Unlike Steinbrenner (cause let's face it, Yankee fans always leave the team, and are back two days later), FOX doesn't have that luxury.
