Same haha. I was so upset we never got an XFL OT so to get one game 1 would be awesome.

The 1 point kick probably helps send games to OT. The missed conversions in the XFL definitely hurt thr chances of OT games.

What a great first game this has been. Far better than the debut game for the AAF or XFL 2020. Some sloppy QB play in the first half but after that it's been a legitimately very good football game.

These teams are incredibly impressive for only having practiced for 3 weeks.

Or XFL1.0, the only things you remember about that game are Goose bagging on how bad the Hitmen were, "SLOPPY SECONDS!", and the Clement/cheerleader vignette. Not really the plan.

I had a feeling for weeks this was a last minute win or loss by someone.

Game was good. Close exciting esp 2nd half.

Final assessment - near perfect start for USFL.

Great game, great crowd, great presentation. Not perfect, but hard to ask for much more in a debut.
