The Maulers releasing De’Veon Smith is quite a surprise. I don’t know if he underperformed in practice or exactly what the issue was but I would think he is talented enough to be in the league somewhere.

Yeah, it is a bit surprising, played in TSL too though not in 2021. He last played in the fall of 2020.

Could this be tracks-covering (though I'd prefer another term) for UBF, since he/Williams/Vito were all featured in that one segment? I'm assuming it's going to be edited out of the re-air now that he's not on the team anymore.

It's not aging well, two days of pub over Smith is not worth a year of 'oh look the real XFL is back!'

Not sure I understand what the XFL or the De'Veon Smith situation have to do with this.

A UBF reference, and since Weber supposedly has a knee injury, yet because of the Ben Holmes saga we can't even verify that, the charges of XFL1.0 being back are sure to come.
