The XFL definitely had a lot of promotion from FOX & ESPN, but I don't remember it being anything like the USFL's promotion. Every show on FOX has a USFL commercial seemingly every break. Every NASCAR race is filled with them, including multiple live ad reads by Mike Joy. A lot of commercials on NBC in recent weeks now too. They really want people to watch this first game and they're hoping it's good enough that people stick around.

Ya XFL was focused on social media promotion USFL more focused on tv promotion, very different philosophies. That's bold, considering that NBC isn't in the Masters ('at the Masters' on Golf Channel?) and FOX pulled out of their USGA contract two years ago.

Great seeing NBC (Golf Channel) promotion of the game.
Agree that USFL is doing mega TV promos - more than XFL. And also agree XFL did SocFedia more but USFL has done well there too.
And I love the "United by Football" like you herns. I also love that they are poaching all the best stuff from XFL 2.0
