Some Players under CFL contract would have played in TSL

In the first part of their weekly podcast Reed stated that with the CFL delayed season and potential further delays or or suspension... he's heard many players would have opted to play in the TSL to showcase their talents... but can not due to their contracts.

I don't doubt it - they have a minimum window to stay relevant and few options to play at a high level.
