Seattle Team Names?

One negative thing about using the "S" serpents as a helmet logo...It doesn't work well on the other side. Some indoor football teams would use a logo that looks backwards on the other side and it looks bad. Either the "S" is backwards or the Serpents is backwards. A couple ways around that is to put the jersey number on the other side or leave it blank.

Or......you place the logo inside of a shape......yes it will still face the other way.....but it doesn't matter so much.

In my opinion, logos with a clear direction should face forward. If it was just the letter "S" I would agree. I would rather have the serpent facing forward on both sides than have it look like an "S" on both sides.

Yeah...I think a number on the other side is the best way for the Serpents.

Well if you look at either the Packers or the Chiefs..... both have the logos on the other end..... and they seem fine with it. The Bears too.

The Bears and Packers don't have anything directional other than the letters.

Here is a look at the Chiefs with the arrowhead pointing forward on both sides:

Washington State is the only helmet I know of (there may be more), other than lower level indoor football teams, that has a directional logo facing backwards. It's not a good look in my opinion. If you can't mirror the logo, put the number on the other side.
