Google trends

The league ended on a high note last night with its 3rd highest Google trends of the season. Compared to last year, the XFL championship had about 1/3 the searches of week 1, this year it's roughly half. Funnily enough, XFL beat out UFL in terms of searches basically every week except week 1. The UFL term did gain some steam toward the end of the season but trailed off for the championship. Double the trends of the conference finals, although that won't necessarily mean 2x the ratings, especially with the ugly blowout. I think 1.5-1.7M viewers is a shoe-in when the ratings drop tomorrow.

Considering the onesidedness of the game that's great
