The UFL needs to get its X account in order. They are still going by @xfl2023 which is causing confusion.
I am sure they would have sorted this out already if they could. Maybe X is being silly about changing their identity?

I came across this too. And while I'm not on X/Twitter, I can usually locate posts. Issue is likely the bogus UFL may have the twitter account locked up. But agree its definitely a concern. Perhaps they can create a @UFL2024 or something unique.
And XFL twitter isn't date sorted like the USFL twitter is, for non users, so its very annoying and near impossible to view sans a direct link to the tweet or them "pinning" it to the top.

They really need to find a username that doesn't have numbers (even if it is the launch year) in it. I associate usernames with 4+ numbers with bot accounts.

I can't help thinking it's probably a technical issue stemming from how badly Elon Musk mucked it up when he bought the platform.

You mean like this pic?
I knew I wasn't the only one who noticed that.
But that's Deadspin for you... and if you read the story, they're just mad that Woodson and Ward were shown the door after last year. So they're going to get petty and vengeful, and use the Hambrecht UFL logo just to spite them.

Yep, Sharpton Phillips, who may have just driven his employers into bankruptcy as the parents of the nine-year old (who is native) he disparaged are about to take them for millions.
I knew I wasn't the only one who cringed when he all but suggested the league rig the championship game so that the Defenders would win. And now with Ward, Woodson, and Buckley all gone (cause two of their teams are), RESIST WE MUCH....................
Why would he complain about an item dropping early on Monday morning (it wasn't as if there was this big NFL schedule release-type ESPN special) as if it was trying to supplant an event he's offended by, or claims to be, anyway?
Oh well if there's any justice in the world Deadstink will be out of business next year and Black Karen can ask Goodell for a job, to which he can go full Ted Knight and snark "Well the world needs ditchdiggers too"
