• Birmingham: 1➵1 (no change)
• San Antonio: 2➴3 (-1)
• Michigan: 3➴4 (-1)
• Memphis: 4➴7 (-3)
• St. Louis: 5➶2 (+3)
• Arlington: 6➶5 (+1)
• DC: 7➶6 (+1)
• Houston: 8➵8 (no change)

All in all, after the first couple of games, things largely stabilized. Other than St. Louis's jump and Memphis's plunge, nobody moved more than one slot compared to week 1. I wrote in Week One how St. Louis had the most potential to rise up the standings and they absolutely did. Perhaps the most stunning fall from grace was Memphis. They're a perfect example of how games are won and lost in the trenches.
