Memphis vs Arlington: Arlington win, 680k, 7500
STL vs Birmingham: STL win, 1.4mil, 15000
Michigan vs DC: DC win, 775k, 12500
SA vs Houston: SA win, 830k, 6,700
I think Arlington finally gets it together and holds on for a win. Birmingham gets boost with McCarron coming to town, but he balls out and hand Birmingham their first loss. DC starts to get momentum after last week but loses some attendance with 3rd straight home game. SA bounces back on a weaker opponent, two Texas teams does well for viewership but Houston still struggles with attendance.

Arlington - San Antonio: the Ticketmaster map looks down right ugly here. Arlington in a squeaker. 6200. 710k

St Louis - Birmingham: Birmingham by a touchdown. 13,250. 1.1M

Houston - Memphis. This one's a tossup but I'll give Houston the win. 6425. 625k.

DC - Michigan. Looking like it may be the smallest DC crowd on record. DC in a close one. 10,123. 777k

Are you looking at the right info this week?  San Antonio's playing Houston in Houston.  Memphis is at Arlington.

Oops my mistake. In that case, Arlington over Memphis with the same attendance and ratings prediction and Houston over San Antonio.

Memphis/Arlington is the type of game where, if regionalization becomes a thing, you stick it away as your #3.

Fact there's going to be some matchups coming down the stretch (Houston/Memphis game 40 anyone?) that maybe you reconsider the broadcast structure for next year. Do you need S/A windows for every game?

Granted this week would be a bad time to test that out with the one FOX game which needs to be 100% of the country, but it'd be worth going back at the end of the season and redoing everything to fit.

I'm sure that the showdown pt 1 is going to fall victim to remote flipping, then again that's the whole idea. There's more than a few people I'd imagine that want to check and see if Mark Cuban's OK given we're past the ten-year mark and not only does the NFL not unexist but the NBA's right about to follow them with the new TV deal. Plus there's probably a few serenaders for SGA and Chet Holmgren with their equally as-bad "What a Pro Wants" ready should OKC fall behind.

I actually feel sorry for the PGA, with CBS already pushing the PGA Championship (next week mind you) and pretty much giving up on the Wells Fargo. TSP1 might go into seven figs.

As far Sunday goes, even if Knicks/Pacers rewound the clock three decades--they have sort of with oddly Jalen Brunson playing Reggie Miller, I doubt ESPN cares since it's the same umbrella. That and the entire series has been controlled by officiating (a Jimmy V rant comes to mind here) so if six million see that, for a league that's still trying to get past Tim Donaghy hey, more power to you.
