I think even calling them “half-games” is probably generous. It was really more like a joint practice with a scrimmage component based on what Becht said the other day. I doubt score was even kept.

coaches talked of one quarter of play. Yes, I’d love to see it. Some plays are on social media, but still not enough to whet my appetite.
the big news out of training camp later today will be the cuts, and then to see if anyone gets picked up off of waivers.
I'm fairly surprised they didn't do a "Player 54" type mini-series like they did last year. Obviously I wouldn't go down the Player 54 well again, and you needn't have it centered around the Rock and DG, but perhaps something akin to the building of the new league culminating with training camp footage, etc. might have been nice way to hype the league.
