Its hard to judge any chg with just seeing the 2024 one.  In general the unis seem more form fitting - I liked the look of the USFL unis better.  Having said that - the colors are still the same and that's 2/3 of it and the helmet looks same too.
I don't have an IG account so this social media which was more accessible in recent past is becoming less so.  The twitter links work, but only for individual posts.  Twitter changed right before the USFL championship and I still think that hurt.

Back on unis - I agree the Birm ones look better, but they do seem to fit batter too.   They look like spandex on Showboats Victor-lol.

It's basically minor tweaks to the jerseys and the addition of colored pants.  

Memphis has some minor jersey tweaks.  They now also have blue pants which makes the uniforms pop a bit more imo.   It also looks like the striping on the white pants is now much smaller and outlined in blue. 

Birmingham looks pretty much the same, again just minor tweaks. 

Michigan has now added (red? plum?) colored pants along with white ones to the gold set it appears.  Their uniforms are the oddest to me as it appears the plum color has been replaced by a lighter shade, but that could also be the lighting in the photos.  It could also be that Under Armour had a difficult time getting the fabric to match the plum color.  That would be disappointing as I thought that plum color was fairly unique. 

All in all it seems like they did decide to keep leaning into the XFL/USFL tribalism and not overhaul the USFL looks.  But they did "update" them to some degree by adding those colored pants and making minor tweaks.

I do really like the blue and yellow on the Showboats.

The more I think about it, the more it feels like there's a lot of red - it's a major part of Birmingham, Michigan, and DC's jerseys. There's a lot of blue too but I feel like the shades are different enough where I don't see that with the red.

Let's be honest with ourselves, these are a lot better than their USFL and XFL iterations. I particularly like the changes to the Brahmas and Showboats, I think their original uniforms were trying to do too much.

This looks more like an actual professional sports team uniform.
