Then what are your expectations as far as how the divisions will be laid out?

If the 8+4 / 6 hub plan is legit, I won't watch. I'll watch Arena Football before rewarding catch-and-kill.

With the 4 XFL teams (AR, SA, DC, StL) and 8 USFL teams...

3 Divisions:
North:
NJ, Philly, DC, Ohio/Pitt

Central:
Mich, StL, Memphis, Birm

South:
NOLA, AR, Houston, SA

That minimizes travel costs once all teams IN location. Play everyone in Division 2x.

Alternative:

2 Divisions:
North:
NJ, Philly, DC, Ohio/Pitt, Mich, StL

South:
Memphis, Birm, NOLA, AR, Houston, SA

Play everyone in Division 1x, rest across div

And who plays where and housed where and how many games? Still up in air

Not only that, the 6 hub model makes no sense. Unless something drastic changes, you already have 4 stadiums for the USFL to play in. So in this case I guess DC and St. Louis are hubs? We know there's no way DC is becoming a hub, and St. Louis may sound ideal but it really isn't. Part of the Battlehawks popularity is its relative scarcity. 5 home games makes each game a big event. Having the Generals play random "home" games in the Lew just devalues the whole thing. I can see a very real possibility of no Houston home team next year due to stadium situation, but giving up on Arlington and San Antonio would be insane.

If the go USFL 8+XFL 4 I don't see less than 8 teams playing home games at their home name.

They should give up on the Arlington moniker and go back to Dallas.

DC is not going to be a hub.

I think I prefer the 3 division model. I guess it depends on who makes the cut tea wise I guess.

I think the 3 divisions really works well for Travel and any hub based teams. Also the rivalries are in the design. Philly Wash, NJ Philly, Stl Memphis, Memphis Birm, Houston AR, AR SA, SA Houston.

Lots to like. It's my gift the the XFL mmm... USFL mmm... UFL?

If they are getting $$$ they'll keep Arlington, the minute they don't .... its Dallas!
