Ok, since we are all offering potential league names, not including XFL or USFL, how about ASFL - American Spring Football League. It is descriptive without retreading any old name (that I am aware of anyway). I suppose another could be NAFL, North American football League but close to NFL. Fun to think about anyway.
First and most importantly, thank you to all who have believed and stood by us through the years as we ensure this League will stand the test of time.
This past December, the ASFL voted to target 2024 as the launch date for our inaugural season.
Unlike the two single entity leagues that are playing this year, we believe it's much more important to have team owners who will become or are already a part of the communities we will call home.
We've devoted a lot of time building a strong foundation while working diligently with each group of team owners.
In the upcoming days and weeks, we will be releasing information on these owners' groups and locations.
We are currently in the process of finding the right group or owner for the last available location.
This is the list of markets we believe are best for the last available team...
Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Ohio, Louisiana, or Atlanta.
For information regarding ownership or possible investments with an existing team, please contact us at asfl.biz@gmail.com
And were quite active on their Facebook page up until June and then nothing since June 17th when they re-posted a preview between Winnipeg and Saskatchewan. That was their last post on Facebook. The current status of the ASFL is unknown at this point.

I'm pretty sure the ASFL is Michael Dwyer's latest football endeavor, for those of you who have been following that long and winding road.
I have. It's current status is unknown though as its Facebook page has been inactive since June.
