Change of subject:. The NFL is looking into the XFL kickoff rule as a guideline as to make their own kickoff play safer. Well I don't think they would look into the USFL way......kicking off from the 20 to ensure a runback, 15 more yards than the NFL does, ensuring a full speed concussion.

Worst is NCAA, where you can fair catch at the 1-yard line and spot the ball at the 25.
