CFL teams release their Negotiation Lists

I can't imagine Jordan Ta'amu playing in Saskatchewan, but stranger things have happened. :)

FYI, about one-third of the players on this list are QBs.

Also FYI, this is only part of the list. The whole list, I believe, is around 45 per team... but the league only requires 10 to be made public for some bizarre reason. Until Hamilton let slip that they'd claimed Manziel, they didn't have to make any of their negotiation list claims public at all.

So the fact that most of them are QBs is probably because they'd be the most recognizable.
