Top USFL hire of 2023: Pittsburgh HC Ray Horton.

Horton, an NFL assistant for more than two decades (3x DC) who joined the Brian Flores lawsuit in April 2022, took the Maulers from dead last to USFL title game (clinched last night).

Took him one year.
