Yeah, Peacock is hard for me to watch Canada. Need a VPN. You know, the XFL was on TSN... maybe the USFL could do something like that.

That is the drawback of relying on Fox and NBC.
ESPN has a stake in TSN and was able to get XFL games on there on Saturday afternoons (after all, the big competition up there, the NHL, plays on Saturday nights). That's also the reason why the CFL still has a TV deal here in America because that partnership works both ways.
Fox has that kind of synergy in some countries (particularly Australia), but not Canada. NBC is the same with its co-ownership with Sky in the UK. But neither they nor CBS (which has probably the strongest international distribution with Ten in Australia, 5 in the UK) have any real partnerships in Canada.
Now, Fox, NBC and CBS can force their way into Canada by way of the over-the-air border blasters in Buffalo, Detroit, Bellingham, Plattsburgh/Burlington, North Dakota, etc. but anything on cable or streaming, it's probably not big enough of a priority or revenue opportunity to try to sell the rights up there.

21-13 Generals over the Maulers.
Maulers remain winless.

Pretty good game! Maulers D played well and Offense didn;t roll over. That was wayyyy better than last week.
NBC miss op not on TV as NJ/NY is bad weather.
Both Perez and DJ played well. My teams win 2-0 so far this week 4!

The Derby goes off around 6:45pm
Should have been on noon on NBC or USA today at 2:30.
I'm just saying its a shame due to the bad weather in PA/NJ/NY

Their pre-race coverage started the same time this game kicked off

NBC is not going to pre-empt its narcissistically long Kentucky Derby pregame for the USFL (it's event television—four hours of lead-up and "who are you wearing?" for a two-minute race, and that's the way it's always been)... and USA isn't really getting the ratings to justify carrying it.
