Re: WK 5 SCHEDULE
Glad to see no Peacock. I really am enjoying the USFL, and look forward to the XFL returning next year, as well.

Re: WK 5 SCHEDULE
These flex schedules do make it hard plan around the games being on, clearly Fox/NBC enjoy the benefit of the flexibility, but its not my preferred sch.
Per Reid at the Markcast:
Michigan at Tampa Bay
(Fri, May 13 at 8:00 PM ET on USA)
New Orleans at New Jersey
(Sat, May 14 at 3:00 PM ET on FOX)
Birmingham at Philadelphia
(Sun, May 15 at 12:00 PM ET on NBC)
Pittsburgh at Houston
(Sun, May 15 at 4:00 PM ET on FOX)

Was hoping for Pitt Houston on Friday and NJ v NO Sunday. But If this is it ... it is what it is. Actually I'm more likely to catch the Friday game, at least some.

Re: WK 5 SCHEDULE
Yeah kind of a shocker here, wonder what the process is--seeing that it's a mix of NCAA selections and NFL flexing.
I would have had Fisher/Haley on FOX, especially Fish getting some play off his first USFL win, but I could understand if NBC wanted it for themselves. That said unless NBC snags the secondary Big Ten package (in which case USA would act as their ESPN/FS1) USA will have trouble being established as a cable sports net.
Attendance reasons might have been involved here too, as TB/HOU seemed to be the best non BHAM game of the year so far, and it's likely they wanted a better kickoff for the week (Maulers ain't doin that), plus there's a chance you might get some hangarounds after the Stallions are done.
