Looks pretty cloudy and the radar shows some rain. Hopefully it doesn't deter too many people from attending.

Not the greatest to debut iffy passing attacks--at least as far as downfield stuff, looks like a lot of Darius Victor vs CJ Marable, plus guys like TBJ that aren't really inside runners that's where you bring the short passing game in and then maybe you take some deep shots if it allows.

Looks like the lightning should stay away, which is nice. Rain isn't ideal but a delay would be awful in the first game.

And we know how Lorne Michaels reacts to those.............
Hell even going all the way back to Ron Darling "apologizing" on SNL two weeks after the Mets won the Series in what was supposed to be a HAHA I think Lorne was actually
serious

there's talk on twitter about the first game today being delayed due to weather (lightning). I don't think it's been confirmed yet.

Well there you go, NBC's first solo alt league outing since ArenaBowl XX starts with a rain delay
You almost for a sec get the feeling that Fish was coaching in that long-delayed seven hour Titans/Dolphins game a few years back other than the fact he hasn't coached the Titans since 2010 (and it was Vrabel's debut)

The weather delay is something the XFL needs to consider if they are also doing the hub model.

Which is why St Louis and San Antonio should be the clubhouse leaders right off the bat.
Maybe the initial release about Barlow indirectly leaked it
