It depends on the Instant replay rules because those could take 30 minutes, because you have to pause the game as the TV broadcast shows the play being reviewed from about 50 different angles and then they have to go to the Network's rules official for another 5 minutes. And then after the replay, the ref has a conversation with one of the coaches before going to confer with his crew.

If I’m not mistaken I think the refs and coaches communicate through a headset so should streamline the process I’d imagine.
