USFL hard knocks to air on fox before games

That's pretty big, but I'd rather see a half hour or 20min pre/post game show like the only NFL Today.

I can see that, but also those shows are usually followed by multiple games in that slot. Plus here you've got mostly one stadium hosting all the action, so you wouldn't have Brent Musberger's legendary "You are looking live at" open.

We'll probably end up with a hybrid of the two, since the show is going to have to be game-specific at some point. Also the day that FOX has a doubleheader (4/30) will be another test since it's a multiple game day (not time slot)

I see what you are saying but was envisioning the 1 hour show before the game to dedicate time to all upcoming(pre) games and post games for that weekend.

So a Hardknocks/USFL Today show for example say a saturday at noon followed by 2 games on saturday and 1 on sunday with one the night before on Friday would talk "post game" about the friday night game and pre-game for the Saturday and Sunday upcoming games. I get that the dates and time are fluid so post/pre depends on when the show airs any given week.
