The reporter got confused by the parent company because that’s who’s listed in the legal docs. The parent company is just something created and owned by fox similar to alpha was

Yes I posted that - guy is a tool. In such a rush to get it first.
I won’t go as far as to call him a tool but he definitely thought he had a scoop and rushed it without doing enough research
