I'm just pointing out that if the XFL wanted some sort of "super bubble" -- keep all the teams in one metro area but introduce some variety in terms of the venues, you can't ask for more options than the MetroPlex. And I definitely don't think being an active MLB park is an automatic disqualifier.
It should.

Why? And please be sure to fit the San Francisco Demons into that explanation.

It would look awkward and in an era of social media, the XFL would be lambasted for having one of their teams play in an active baseball stadium. Football playing in baseball stadiums is always awkward. Aesthetically it's not great. I want football to look aesthetically pleasing from a stadium perspective and playing in a baseball stadium does not do that for me. Stay away from baseball stadiums. At least with soccer stadiums, it doesn't look as awkward.

Let's just agree to disagree on this. Besides, I can't see the XFL using that baseball stadium if it's a Dallas Hub. Maybe they can swing a deal with the Dallas Cowboys to use either Jerry World or the Star in Frisco in case of weather. However, Redbird is part owner of the Sox and Jerry Jones co-owns Legends Hospitality with their hated rivals the New York Yankees.
