And just remember, Fisher passed up JT for Shea Patterson, a UM guy yes but only for two years and wasn't particularly well-liked by the base anyway.

That sort of calls into question how legitimate that round of the draft really was. Was Patterson assigned to Michigan for marketing reasons?

Regardless, he looked pretty great, imo. Don’t think Panther fans are too upset.

Um, 92 yards? Eesh

TB's only doubling them but you kind of get the feeling Haley's just wasting some plays to see what happens, setting it up for later in the game, which given yesterday is a good idea should the Maulers find some offense.

This is first game. Its hard to extrapolate positive or negative - we've seen the 2nd halves play out diff in some games already.

Let's see what Pitt can do.
