Oof.
News coverage is sparse this morning. Even PFT has nothing.

I just watched this game this morning. Very entertaining/close game with a lot of production from the ground for both teams.
First off, Carrizosa (Michigan’s kicker/punter), is he pulling double duty because of an injury to their teams kicker? Or is this the guy Fisher and company somehow chose to play both roles?
Secondly, Michigan was running the ball down the field on the Stars most of the game. How does Fisher with 29 seconds left, 2 timeouts in his pocket, 1st down at the Stars 3 yard line, decide to let the clock run down without taking another couple shots at it? Chip shot field goal or not, he put the game in the hands of a kicker who can’t consistently make an extra point?
I don’t like doing a lot of criticizing but come on this was a long time NFL head coach. He should be better than this.

To be clear 2 hrs 52 minutes from opening kickoff to :00 on the game clock. This isn’t counting the time/ interviews afterwards.

Maybe the kicker/punter was trying out for the Chi.....oh wait, they have a new regime now. Nevermind.

Got it. Thanks. So, they did shave some time off the running time.

Maybe 18 mins, worth it for Kevin Kugler to snap "I WENT FROM CALLING CAROLINA/KANSAS TO THIS **** IN A MONTH?!" I'm sure................
