You should try contacting them since they make that decision they'd be able to answer it.
So just to summarize:
- you do understand their position
- you are not willing to summarize it for the message board
Is that fair? If it is, I'll drop it. If it's not, please let me know which bullet is incorrect.
What? How would I know why they prefer 1.15% market share with fans vs 8.75% w/o. Someone decided that was a good decision - I disagree, said it was unwise and still do. Was it due to having fans? Having the 2 undefeated teams? The two healthest teams? Two Central (CST) teams? That NJ/Philly was contracted to Peacock? Who knows.
So to summarize: I do not know why they chose it but I can say the highest rated game/channel was NOLA v Philly (2nd largest mkt) and Philly v Pitt (also inlcude 2nd largest mkt) also broke a million despite partially against Sixers playoff game. Also the highest rated game, which was very entertaining included the largest by far TV market.
Is that fair? If it is or isn't - it is what it is.
