TSL did not break into top 150 programs among the P18-49 demo. And since it didn't do that we can't get total viewers from ShowBuzz Daily website. And I don't think Saturday broke 400k on FOX broadcast either. It probably didn't help TSL that the FCS plays were on ABC at the same time.

Not the start TSL and Fox wanted I'm sure, though I would be tentative advertising week 1 with only 7-9 days of practice (which I posted about prior to season starting).

TSL/Fox did move wk 2 Thursday's games to Monday leaving Saturday unchanged.

No real surprise here. No one I’ve spoken to has any kind of awareness that TSL is playing or even what it is.

I watched a few quarters of the games. It is no XFL, but hey, it’s football. I’ll give it another shot this week if I happen to be near a tv when the games are on.

Totally understandable ... You have to be a hardcore spring FB league type to notice. As many have pointed out the TSL is not well promoted by Fox or the TSL itself and TSL hasn't even done a low cost guerilla promo campaign on social media.

Having said that being on TV Saturday has to get some eyeballs, let's see how it progresses over the short season. I was actually surprised Fox hand the balz to telecast week 1 as it was going to be rough (due to short practice) - the game Saturday was the best and that was a plus.

This is the kinda tweets (by the reporters etc...) the league needs multiple daily for a month prior to opening kickoff.
