This is what the Stallions stadium looked like: (Very unprofessional not to repaint the field in the team's colors)

Awful home opening attendance. The league’s stream was awful too. That looks like a few thousand maybe. Imagine if it would have snowed in Utah.
It looks very bush league when you are at home playing on a field with other teams colors and logos. There may be some reasoning behind it but it’s not a good look.

Listen to the video below where a open mic catches more than it was supposed to:
https://mobile.twitter.com/berrisforce ... 3233?s=21
https://mobile.twitter.com/aaf_reddit/ ... 1040?s=21
Pretty embarrassing...Alex Flanagan says that the words were taken out of context:

https://mobile.twitter.com/berrisforce ... 3233?s=21
And another instance:Nobody's watching, nobody's listening, nobody cares.

Re: AAF Update Thread
Then why would you choose Salt Lake to host a team? Having that just made the game feel unprofessional...

Salt Lake is a candidate for relocation. Just for reasons like that. Perhaps headed to Carolina for Dundon.

PFT now with a article on this:
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2 ... ll-league/
Pretty embarrassing...Saturday afternoon’s game between Arizona and Salt Lake streamed on Bleacher Report. When the first half ended and the coverage shifted to the TV studio from which pre-game, in-game, and post-game content emanates, the four-person crew didn’t realize they were live.
At one point, host Alex Flanagan tells Marvin Lewis (via Deadspin.com), “You’re not on TV, you’re on Bleacher Report. It’s different.”
To which Woodson replies, “Nobody’s watching, nobody cares, nobody’s listening.”

Re: AAF Update Thread
Why name the team Salt Lake rather than Utah? Why give the Salt Lake team double blue and the San Antonio team double red, when the seats in the Alamodome are predominantly blue and the seats in Ericsson Stadium predominately red?
I hope the XFL is paying attention. When practical, consider the colors of the venue when assigning the team colors. It goes a long way toward making it feel like your home stadium rather than just some building you've rented.

Re: AAF Update Thread
I'm sure Flanagan is telling the truth. It was still embarrassing. Glad the XFL is cutting halftime.
More embarrassing is the AAF reporting 10,412 in attendance. I honestly think they're just adding 5K to everything.
