Curtis Johnson is not coming back next year. He does have ties to Sean Payton, so he's probably going to go back to the NFL with the Denver Broncos.
I wonder if, if the Roughnecks continue to bleed, the league "arranges" to have him leave by mutual agreement.

And? It would be far from the first time a coach gets fired midseason.

No but I don't see that for any team, sans the team totally giving up on the coach and I DON'T see that on any team
