This game is taking longer than intended. The other game has started.

Yet FS2 and the app are still showing horse racing.

UFL picked the first game to be in a small market team's stadium (that had a losing record the previous year). Small market because they only averaged approximately 12,000 fans per game in the previous year, although they are in a large stadium.

Result: the stadium looks empty with scattered fans in the lower portion. It looks like the UFL is a small Nobody league that No one cares about, on national TV (FOX) during the first game of the league. The only fans that appear to care about the team are the visiting fans for the Stallions, wearing colors, makeup, and waving flags.

Poor decision making by the league (again). At least the UFL Championship game in St. Louis will be packed, hyped, and energetic. 

As fans we have to show up to the games, dress up for the games, and create hype for the games (Unlike the people in Arlington, TX) or we won't have a league. 

 

 

You know what could have changed this? The Defenders winning. Then you'd have Defenders/Stallions (would be in Bham since DCU's got Audi tonight) and we wouldn't have this "problem"

Small market ??  Dallas-FW Arlington is the 5th largest TV market and 4th by population.

Fans in Detroit appear to have turned out in much stronger numbers than I had feared given the ticket sales delays.

I've been watching the Mich tix sales all week and it firmed up as the week went on.  Looks like last year- maybe less. 

But yeah, not too bad at all

Where I am FS2 had it right away.
