That's not truly correct. According to what I heard (per an 'insider' sources) the city of Arlington paid a fee to the XFL to rebrand the Renegades to "Arlington" and the Hub usage. Its why I knew (assumed) Arlington hub was coming back. I believe (but not confirmed) its interrelated with their 3 year hub deal.
